Refund policy
At INADAIZ, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange (different size) or a refund if you are not fully satisfied. Please note, this does not include discounted or sourced items. Full terms and conditions are outlined below.
Sale Items: Sale items are non-refundable. You may request an exchange or a credit note instead.
If you choose a credit note, it can be used online at INADAIZ with no expiry date, provided the item is still in stock. Credit notes cannot be applied to specially sourced items.
Please notify us via email if you wish to exchange your item. Your return must be shipped back to us within 7 days of confirmation of your exchange or refund request.
You will need to cover the return postage costs. The item remains your responsibility until it is received by us. For this reason, we recommend using tracked postage and including your return address, name, and order number with the parcel. Once received and processed, your refund or exchange will be completed within 3–5 working days (excluding weekends).
Items not meeting our return guidelines will be returned to you, and you may be asked to cover the delivery costs of rejected items.

Items that were specifically sourced for you are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please double-check all orders before confirming with our sourcing team.
Returns Terms & Conditions
- Faulty or on sale items cannot be returned.
- Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, with tags attached, and boxes must not be used as the external parcel for shipping.
- Items must be new and unused. We cannot accept returns that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage.
- You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the product while it is in your possession. Failure to do so may result in a claim for compensation.
Excessive returns:
INADAIZ reserves the right to refuse future orders or returns if a customer repeatedly returns items excessively.
